...at least, the first steps to acquiring them. The Best of Rocko's Modern Life- Volume 1 (2 Disc Set)The Best of Rocko's Modern Life- Volume 2 (2 Disc Set)(both at Amazon.com) According to TVShowOnDVD.com's article, several shows (some old Nick shows) are gonna be released un-officially by Amazon.com, when it made a deal with Nick and Paramount to sell some of their material, but on sale through their program that simply burns the media on CD-Rs and packages them. Not sure how that stuff works, but on the list of TV shows that will be released on this format, two compilation DVD sets of Rocko's Modern Life are gonna be released! The titles are up for pre-order and will be released on September 5. (Again, they're not official releases. But, it's a step to getting closer to the show's content)

still waiting for an official DVD release with an actual package that plays on all DVD players. these are even cheaper than the eBay bootlegs which attempt to give Rocko fans what they want. If Nick does a deal with Amazon to release these, why don't they do an actual deal with something that matters?

I don't know. Maybe like a quick-rich scheme? They're just maybe taking advantage of the demands. The closest it is for official RML episodes for sale are the ones I found on the iTunes Music Store.

I duno.. seems kinda.. cheap-ish to me. it's like a company saying "we can bootleg these episodes officially so buy them from us since it supports the animators". If they wanna release it right, they should just release a box set with the seasons. They would make so much money from that series.
