It won't be. Basically, Jane is kind of disappointed in Lumpus for being sent to the crazy house and helps him try to find a job suitable for him. Here's a sample.
Jane: I'm not mad at you Lumpus. I'm just a bit disappointed. Now, wer'e going to get you a better job, okay?
Lumpus: Yes, dear. Will you get Slinkman?
Jane: I'll see what I can do.
Hopefully, this spin off might be good.

yeah, exactly. I just think that they tried to pull the same ending that rocko's modern life had, saying that spunky was the smartest one, even though he acted dumber than disney channel begathon.

Good point. Although I did like the environmental message in Peace Frog. Lumpus should really switch to a hybrid car.

So, in the end, it was revealed that Lumpus was never Camp Kidney's Scoutmaster. But he DID get married. Wonder if his wife will visit him, & how long he has before his release.

Bump'd, since I found out what happened to Lumpus after this episode: Ms. Doe checks him out of the nuthouse, and they live happily ever after in Acorn Flats Thanks, TV Tropes! I found this info in the Downer Ending section (just roll over it - it's a spoiler tag)

Good show. Bad ending. Regarding Peace Frog, fror a split second I was expecting the episode to suddenly change into a Zanzabar (Rocko's Modern Life episode) like story. Still I did like how Murray once again included being ECO-friendly in his creation. Regarding Lumpus' Last Stand, I heard that the twist ending was an idea Tom Kenny thought up. So I can see what Murray meant when he said Tom brings something to the table, but it wasn't exactly the kind of series finale I was expecting. The last few episodes before this were basicly about Lumpus and Jane's relationship (or they had continuity at least) yet these two episodes throw everything that's happened so far out the window . Still Samson's last line would've been a good way to end the series no matter what kind of plot was used.
